パスワード |
|
演題を最初に登録するときに登録者本人に任意のパスワードを決めていただきます。演題登録時の登録番号（自動発行）と、このパスワードを用いることにより、登録後の確認及び修正が、演題登録締切日まで可能です。確認・修正は演題確認・修正画面（本ページ下段にボタン有）より行ってください。登録番号、パスワードに関しては、必ずメモをおとりになり保管するようにしてください。パスワードを紛失した場合でも、セキュリティの関係上、お問合せには一切応じられませんのでご注意ください。 |

Upon your abstract submission, you will automatically be assigned a registration number. With this number and your own password, you will be able to access your "My page" and revise your registered abstracts as many times as you wish until the deadline of abstract submission.
You will be responsible for safekeeping of your password and other confidential information. We strongly urge that you keep a note of your registration number and password. You will need them to confirm receipt of your abstract and revise your submission. |

演題登録時の注意事項 |
|
 |
ホームページへのアクセスが集中し、登録に時間がかかる場合があります。 |
|
演題名は日本語50字以内（半角英数100文字以内）、英語300characters以内、抄録本文は英語5000characters以内で投稿してください。 |
|
著者数（筆頭演者＋共著者）は10名まで、所属は10施設まで登録できます。 |
|
 のように丸数字は使用できません。 |
|
 のようなローマ数字も使用できません。英字の組み合わせで、II、VI、XIのように入力してください。 |
|
シンボル（symbol）書体半角（1バイト文字）のαβγ等を使用するとabcなどに自動変換されてしまいますので使わないようにしてください。必ず全角（2バイト文字）のαβγを利用してください。 |
|
半角カタカナは使用できません。カタカナは全角で、英字および数字は半角で記入してください。 タイトルおよび抄録本文で上付き文字、下付き文字、斜め（イタリック）文字、太文字、改行、アンダーラインを使うときに用いる<SUP></SUP>、<SUB></SUB>、<I></I>、<B></B>、<U></U>、<BR>の記号はすべて半角文字（1バイト文字）を使用してください。本文中に単独で ＜ または ＞ を利用するときは、全角文字（2バイト文字）を使用してください。 |

抄録本文内で改行を入れたいところには、改行したい文の頭に<BR>を記入してください。 |

英文や数字を入力する際、O（アルファベット）と０（数字）や、ｌ（アルファベットL小文字）と1（数字）、あるいはX（アルファベット）と×（かける）などきちんと区別してください。 |

音引き「ー」とダッシュ「―」、マイナス「－」とハイフン「-」などの使い分けをしてください。 |
|
英文入力の際にひとつの単語をハイフン（-）で切ることは行わないでください。 |

図表の登録はできません。 |

演題の受領通知 |
|
|
演題登録完了後、画面に登録番号が表示され、同時にご登録のE-mailアドレスに確認メールが配信されます。こちらの登録番号と確認メールをもって、演題受領通知に代えさせていただきます。 |
|
登録番号および自分で設定したパスワードは、演題の確認・修正・削除に必要となりますので、必ずお手元にお控えください。第4回研究交流サロン 演題登録事務局では、受付番号およびパスワードのお問合せには応じかねますので、予めご了承ください。 |
|
登録番号とパスワードを入力することにより、演題登録期間中に限り、ご自身で登録内容の変更や演題の削除が可能です。 |
|
演題が登録・修正されたことをお知らせする確認メールが1日経過しても届かない場合は、ご登録のE-mailアドレスが間違っている可能性がありますので、「確認・修正画面」でご確認をお願いいたします。なお、E-mailアドレスが間違っていない場合は、登録処理が完了していない可能性がありますので、必ず演題登録締切日までにメールにて研究交流サロン事務局（salon@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp）までご連絡ください。 |

登録された著者情報、抄録に関しては、誤字・脱字・変換ミスを含め、原則として研究交流サロン事務局では校正・訂正を行いません。そのまま印刷されますので、登録者の責任において確認してください。演題登録をされた後は、必ず演題登録確認画面をプリントアウトして保管しておいてください。 |

登録締め切り後の原稿の変更および共著者の追加、変更は一切できません。 |
|
|
After you submit an abstract, you will receive a confirmation email with your submission number. If you do not receive an email confirmation in 24 hours, please contact the secretariat at salon@mail2.adm.kyoto-u.ac.jp because it indicates that your submission may be incomplete or the e-mail address input was incorrect. |
|
When submitting an abstract, you can set your own password.
After you complete the submission, you will automatically be assigned a registration number.
Please keep your registration number and password until the meeting. These are necessary to confirm/modify/cancel your abstract.
For security purposes, we are unable to answer any questions about passwords. |
|
Before the due date, confirmation and correction can be made repeatedly by inputting the submission number and password. |

演題登録にて収集いたしました氏名、連絡先、E-mailアドレス等の個人情報は演題登録事務局からのお問合せや採択通知に利用いたします。また、氏名や所属、演題名、抄録本文は、ホームページ及び抄録集に掲載することを目的とし、本目的以外に使用することはございません。学会終了後は一切の情報が外部に漏れないように管理を徹底いたします。 |
